We submitted a rebate form to this company (we bought quantity of three due to RX and health insurance) and received the following response in a letter:
"The submitted claim for the Quantity is not eligible for this Program. Please do not resubmit." In other words, yes, you would have qualified for a rebate (and actually three--if you would've bought them separately), but you don't think we really WANT to give away rebate money, do you??? So, even though you technically still qualify for one rebate, we will just deny the whole thing since you bought more than we wanted you to. Oh, yes, and please, don't even bother to contact us to ask why we didn't at least give you the rebate for one!
