Wow how condescending can someone be? Go to Hanover Plumbing Suppy and find out especially if you are a woman. Brought in the broken part and the guy goes "I have never seen that before." I went to Home Depot and they had 20. Go somewhere else to get plumbing help.

Really suggest not bothering going here.  We called ahead and asked if we should make an appointment or just come by.  She said to just come by - no appointment needed.  But when we came we were completely ignored.  Waited 15 minutes and then gave up and left.  Plenty of other places to go - don't waste your time.

I was initially advised not to go to Hanover Supply since I will experience some "attitude" when I get there.  Unfortunately, it was the case and more.  When I first came in I saw no one and then someone casually walked in who appeared to be the owner who looked at me less as a customer than as someone just trespassed into his store.After a short while, additional employees showed up and being that I am far from fluent in any plumbing terminology I drew a picture of what I needed.  Neither employee knew what I was talking about and thankfully there was a plumber in the store that said it's just a "3/8 T supply" or something like that.  The one guy didn't know where the hell it was and kept on asking the other employee who was too busy with another person.  My guy disappeared into the back aisles and the guy up from launched into a very passionate football discussion with the plumber that was still there.  I then heard my guy call out to the co-worker to help him since he "wants to get rid of this guy (me)."  My thoughts that he meant it in the most curteous way that I've already been there too long but I suspect I overstayed my welcome.  Too bad I don't know anything about football since I might have gotten more attention.Thank you but no thank you.
