Not impressed. Tech was professional enough but i probably paid twice what the job was worth. The scope was to replace about 4 feet of 1/2 pipe with 3/4 pipe one each side of the meter (left over from prior owner). Total of around 8 of 3/4 pipe, new shut off valve, a tee, a few elbows and a few fittings. Added was a new meter yoke per water departments request. They had trouble sourcing but I was able to get from a local supplier with one phone call. So $600 turned into $900 because the work was so important . Between the two trips the tech was there maybe 90 minutes. The work was done properly and neat but was clearly taken advantage of. I would not be a good referral. Im sorry to say all this as they were referred by a trustworthy source.

I had a great experience with them. They came out quickly to look at my issue, ordered the parts and were back the next day to fix it. I was impressed with their continuous updates, including texts/emails when the technician was on his way along with a map to track how far he was. He was prompt, knowledgeable and clean. I also loved how they called a few days later to check in and make sure everything was still working properly. Would definitely recommend!
