I brought a leather jacket in to be repaired. I understood it may be expensive to send it out. Instead of sending it out to be professional repaired the owner CRAZY GLUED the tear and it looked HORRIBLE. She never contacted me to advise what she was going to do. I've now had to take it somewhere else with the hope they can remove the crazy glue and fix it completely regardless of the cost. I will never return.

Quick, professional service. Not expensive at all. One time they even found a $20 bill in the pocket of a coat I left there and returned it to me -- it wasn't a test but they sure passed it with flying colors!!
