Once again, another horrible experience. Lost 10 shirts of mine a full suit!! Unbelievable. The guy behind the counter said its not his problem and to take my business elsewhere. Also caught him blowing his nose in someones dress shirt sleeve!!!

Owner tried to charge me double because I was picking up my clothes on a Sunday. The reasoning is that the store is open but her workers do not work on Sunday. So I have to pay extra to pick my clothes up on a day the store is open because her workers arent there? Please Make it make sense. Refused the service and went to another location and got my clothes done and picked up the following day with no double charge. Beware!!!

EVERYONE OUT THERE PLEASE PLEASE LISTEN UP!!!!! The owner will tell you that its standard practice but yet he has failed to provide you with that information or have you signed something he does none of the such and its nowhere in the scripture so I am forewarning anyone moving forward .if you do not want a barcode on your clothing, or your clothing ruined, do not ever go to this place the owner can care less and call you a joke to your face so the reviews that you read best believe it I thought they fooled me and people are just upset with their things, but this is fact so unless you want barcodes on your clothing and your officers of the law and Or military best believe your stuff will be the strong possibility of becoming damaged! so maybe choose somewhere else because the owner can care less only but about his money, not a satisfying his customer! Can someone please seriously please tell me where there is a sign placed and/or a contract signed between you/yourself/cashier/employee etc have explained to the customer that any garment places their own barcode on items such as police uniforms?!?!? My husband's and I have spent hundreds of dollars and I do not say this lightly because I am floored!!!!
