I went yesterday to get 4 subs and had a page of coupons that were going to expire soon. I used 2 coupons and another couple came in. I asked if they wanted the leftover coupons to use on their purchase. The owner, who was making my food, chastised me, in front of the couple, for giving them coupons. He said he loses money on the coupons and he was really mad. The couple didnâ€™t look like they had much money themselves. He should have been grateful anyone is ordering takeout, with the pandemic leaving many of us temporarily unemployed. I was in shock how disgusting his behavior is. Next time I will go to Parsippany Subway instead! Spend your money at a different Denville eatery that has compassion!!!!!!

EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have contacted the BBB!!! They have no manners, they donâ€™t know how to treat a customer! My entire family and I will never ever to go this establishment just because of their customer service. No wonder why itâ€™s always empty!!!
