I used to avoid going to the doctors, but their patience, compassion, and attentiveness have made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Scheduling is easy, and the staff is wonderful. I can't recommend them enough!! They also now how two locations: Denville and Pine Brook!

Love coming here! Dr. DAndrea snd staff are all so very professional. Every time we come in, we are kindly welcomed by staff, Emily, Jo, Jamie and Annie. Kudos and accolades!!

The customer service onsite and over the phone to set up an appointment is great, they were even able to squeeze me in day-of for an urgent matter. However, my biggest complaint is the timeliness of receiving any and all test results. I have been here 3 times, my husband has been here once, and my father has also been here once. None of us received a call back with our test results and instead had to call several times throughout the span of several days to try to obtain our results from them. My husband and father both said they will not return due to the difficulty of obtaining their results. I gave them several chances but there is no point in great customer service if the biggest downfall is obtaining the results for the reason you went to them in the first place. Unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere.

They keep sending me wrong bills. Somehow they sent my claim to wrong insurance. Even after providing correct insurance info twice and following up twice, they keep sending me the wrong bill.

I just started going to Dr DAndrea towards the end of this year. At first, I truly enjoyed my experience at this office. However, after my first visit I had a clarification question for him and had kindly asked the office staff to have him give me a call to discuss it. Instead I never received a call back. So I followed up and was told the doctor will not call me unless it is billed as an official appointment/virtual visit as the doctor would need to bill for his time. I understand everyone should be compensated for their time but really left me with a bad impression of this place. As a new patient, I will not be returning or recommending anyone to this practice.
