I too had a terrible experience with the desk staff at this location. Not only were they rude and not helpful, I felt as though I was going to pass out in the office and mentioned it at the front desk while waiting for the iPad HIPPA forms. They told me to sit down and for over 20 minutes, in a DOCTOR'S office, no one came to see if I was ok, other than insisting that I sign a form about participating in a vaccine program. The rude behavior, lack of compassion and sheer laziness of the entire front office staff is unacceptable in any business but in a health are office...maybe compassion should be the first criteria????

I've been a patient for about 15 years. The NP, Joann, was my go to for everything but I will now be switching to Dr. Torre, since Joann retirement,. Dr. Torre is also in the practice. I stopped calling the office during covid. I started sending my requests through their patient portal and it's been great. I've always had prompt responses regarding refills, appointments and just general questions. The one time I had a telemed appointment was when I had covid in 2023. The office called me back right away to schedule the virtual appt when I stated in the portal that I tested positive and was hoping to see if I was eligible to take one of the antivirals. Overall, sold service and pleasant staff, at least for me anyway.

Tried to get the office several times and am always put on hold for 15-20 minutes before I give up. Just called the office again and I'm 20th in line and a wait time of at least 40 minutes. I love Dr Torre but at this point I'm looking to find a new doctor. My time is just as important as their's. I ended up going to the emergency room last week which might of been avoided if I was able to get through.

Dr. Levy has been my doctor for years and is always on top of things. The staff in Denville is always accessible and responsive.

While the doctors are good there - the problem I have is calling the office. They clearly need 3-4x more folks answering the phone as you can call shortly after they open, expect a 20-40 minute wait JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Not sure what happened but this is the ONLY doctor I have that is this bad.
Need a refill and a simple call to ask about things? 30 minute wait. Its absolutely nuts. Ive been going there 20 years myself and Im at a point where Ive decided to move onto doctors that can be more timely with the simple things. Maybe its because Skylands bought them but whatever the reason its a joke of an operation lately. Whats even worse is that the on hold music makes you only that much more annoyed hearing there are 8-10 people ahead of you and on top of it sometimes 5 mins will go by and youve not moved even a single place in line.
