when my store unfortunately suffered a fire, we needed a quick and reliable hood company. All i can say, matt from EVI was of great help. Absolutely recommend EVI for hood installation. They are very professional, easy to work with, and deliver a top of the line product. Everyone who gets to see our hood system - from inspectors to our hood maintenance company, as well as other restaurant owners - has commented on what a great system we have and all the good things they've heard about EVI. Also, after speaking with other business owners who had hoods installed and finding out what they paid, we realized what an excellent product we got at a very competitive price. If I ever build out another kitchen my first call will be to EVI.
