Crunch Fitness - Clifton

Don't waste your money on this place. There always a class in the areas you pay to use. The staff that run this type of class are delusional and act like small children who want their toy back.

I love this gym! CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! The staff is beyond friendly and every instructor I've encountered is awesome. The cost is reasonable and the classes are varied to meet everyone's needs.

Louis who answered the phone was awesome, he was extremely professional, empathetic and courteous. Otherwise I would give this gym a zero-I have been calling this location to try and cancel my sons membership for over 8 months. Hes a Marine that hasnt been in state for over a year. The manager wont cancel without his deployment papers which obviously I wouldnt have. I would have went there to cancel but she still wont without proof. He originally belonged to the one in Verona and when he shipped out to bootcamp I called and they canceled it right away no issues at all. He only joined this one because it was near his RA, but got shipped soon after. I know that the manager could cancel it, she just doesnt want to. So we will keep paying for nothing and my son will have to go there when he gets a leave to cancel in person. Its amazing to me that someone with the power to make it easy for someone actually makes it harder. 20 years of Mgmt. experience and I know you can bend rules to take care of a customer especially one that is serving. Absolute disgrace and would recommend going to Verona where the management is much more understanding and professional. Louis again was the best!!
