        Came to evenly exchange a shirt at the Cherry Hill, Nj location. The shirt was originally purchased by my mom while we were together shopping, so I didnt have a receipt. The first time I went I was told to come back with my mom with an Id because I didnt have the receipt. Second time I came they told me I have no purchase history in any of my accounts including my mom who purchased it. A rude lady who Im guessing is a manager then told my mom that without a receipt I wasnt able to exchange it even with an Id. Was this racism towards a young black girl? Either way, worst experience ever and customer service was even worse!!
