DICK'S Sporting Goods

My daughters who both are track and field athletes were shopping for spikes. The employee that was helping us seemed annoyed that we were asking for help and stayed in the back for extended periods when asked to check for their size shoe. We had to keep calling him back to us as we shop for their shoes because he kept walking away and all other workers seemed to be busy. Thankfully they found shoes they liked this is where the two star come in I also got myself a new Stanley

Did not have a bad experience inside the store.But when we left,the robotic parking lot cop suddenly shouted at us to disperse and that law enforcement was being called,even though wed only been in our vehicles one minute and other cars were also in the lot.Very uncomfortable! edited: Upon researching I now know that those alerts are controlled remotely,I will be returning my small purchase tomorrow!

Absolute horrible customer service , they rather watch and spy on me than ask me for help. The ones with the pointy noses.
