Because of the covid situation. I decide to do some shopping around on line for mini van or suv for my new business. When I called on the phone a women name Cathy answered. After telling her about the criteria I was working with she at first seemed nice. Then the conversation cut very unprofessional she was pushy and only wanted me to come in to the dealership an go over options.

Waited 6 months for a part that was on backorder from Japan. Part arrived. Fitment was beyond unsatisfactory once installed. Eric Manna refused to give me a refund, exchange or even partial refund after I spend hundreds of dollars and waited several months. Very disappointed but I should’ve read the other reviews first before wasting my money.
