Cherry Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

Service representative Charles was very rude dismissive and unprofessional. He showed to be very frustrated and irritated initially when I arrived on the day of my drop off as well as my pick up. Charles was very impatient when searching for my service contract information. I was advised that I would receive a call on day one by noon but I did not receive any call. I had to call several times on days 1 and 2 for an update which was very inconvenient. On day 2 Charles advised that my part would be ordered and my car ticket would be closed out for an easy pick up. Instead when I arrived Charles was dismissive and did not acknowledge me at all until the other service representative advised him of his assistance needed. Charles then advised that the part was not ordered instead of calling me in advance to make me aware. I was told on day 1 and 2 that the issue was my muffler and there was no charge but when I arrived I was advised there was a diagnostic fee. When I asked for the diagnostic report, I was advised that there was no coding that came up. Charles handed me my keys as if my vehicle was out front and waiting on me when indeed my vehicle was far in the back lot which was even hard for one of the Dodge workers to locate as itwas behind another parked vehicle which caused me to wait an additional 20 mins for my vehicle. I asked to speak to the service manager Chris but he was unable to be located. I called in later on same day 4/1 and was promised a return call but I have not received one to date. I called again today but was hung up on and when I called again I was sent to the voicemail when initially on 4/1 I was adviced there was no way to leave a voice message. I will not return to this dealership ever again! I was looking to purchase a 2022 Durango too but definitely not here. The one star is for employee Enrique being very nice patient and helpful in assisting me to find my vehicle. I would give Enrique 10 stars but the service received from Charles and Chris not reaching back out was horrible! Luke was fantastic, he went out of his way to make a fair and honest deal that made us extremely happy. He was warm, loving and truly wanted the best for us. The finical department was great and everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. This was our second time coming here to get a vehicle.. never going anywhere else for a jeep!

I do not recommend this dealer. I thought they were shady for not disclosing the prices of their vehicles on the website. They ignored my question about price when I emailed them but addressed the other questions. The following day, I texted and they said they could only provide me with the MSRP ($39,775). When I went to the dealer, they wanted to sell me the vehicle for almost 44k. The manager was adamant that he doesn't have to discount the car because someone else will buy it. Of course, inventory is low in PA, like most states, which is why I ended up in NJ. Anyway, I ended up buying the same 2022 Jeep Compass (RED) Edition in PA (my state) for the MSRP at B-D Jeep in Bath, PA! I also got more than the 16.5k Jeep Cherry Hill wanted to offer me for my 2019 Compass trade.

My experience with Jeep cherry hill was a nightmare, Chris the manager for jeep called him self trying to help me but literally talked me in circles try to convince me that I didnt know what was going on with my truck when I am the 2nd owner ! With in 1 month I had to bring my truck back 4 times and as of today I have to take my truck back up there ! There mechanics Do Not know what they are doing ! I went up there for a service check on my Air suspension hydraulics , left out with a changed thermostat it wasnt bad but they convinced me it needed ti be changed .. Was the worst mistake .. my original drop of was for A Thursday at 8am I dropped off Wednesday night ! Dont see my car for a week after that ! Picked my car I kept smelling burning anti freeze then my car over heated while driving .. I pull over no anti freeze took it back they put a bad Clamp on which made my car leak out all the anti freeze .. pick the truck back up 3 days just for a clamp .. I go get a oil change almost a week later they informed my anti freeze looks like mud .. I call jeep back I talk to chris he going back In fourth that its not their fault .. they take another 4 to 5 days to flush my anti freeze out .. I get my car towed out . Yesterday my mechanic opened my hood and noticed they put No Anti freeze back in my car and left out the bottom undercarriage .. So now i am waiting again to talk to someone because its Saturday and I have to get my car towed back up there .. DO NOT DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEEP UP HERE . They are a inconvenience and dont not value their customers at all and try to make you believe you dont know what you are talking about .. They will have you stressed out Especially the service desk to drop off and pick up ..my pictures are in order the red arrow shows is pointing to the ground!
