We have stayed at cape s cape approximately 10 out of the last 20 years. The location can’t be beat even though it’s a little run down. But you can’t find anything at that price on the drive right across from the beach. But this year things changed, doors falling off hinges, air conditioning way too small for the penthouse, no parking for the highest paying apartments. The manager apparently forgets what you ask him and could care less if you return. My family and I just over the last 5 years have rented the majority of the apartments and when we wanted to switch up we’re told NO with no explanation as to why. Needless to say our cape May home will be moving to a different location.
