Conifer Village at Cape May Apartments

When I went there a long time ago, I saw my grandfather and it was the greatest place ever. But now that he moved out, I really miss it a lot but at least I had a lot of good times there.

Staff will not help us people with second hand smoking in a apartment I might as well die because they won’t help us.

This place is going down hill! They cannot keep staff as there is a constant turnover and the office is never open for the residents . Do not call, you will never get a return call! Trying to get a maintenance person to repair something is very difficult, trash room is smelly and always full! I guess they had to have cut backs , the landscaping is not what it use to be! Very disappointed !

The staff were caring, compassionate, and helpful - as were many of the residents. My mom lived here for almost 3 years and it was wonderful. It has elevators, they added grab bars for her in the bathroom, and the building is clean and we'll kept. It's also great both for those who like to be social and those who like to be left alone. There are a few rude residents, but the majority are kind and caring.

The apartments don’t really look handicapped accessible, there aren’t any roll under sinks or roll in showers
