Abysmal company. Numerous emails to them under where we are to ask for service and zero response, although all of my request state RESOLVED. Nothing has been resolved other than this company taking $39.45 out of my acct monthly for a year contract. They dont respond, just completely blow their customers off. Do not make the same mistake we made and pick Viking as your pest company. 9 days and counting, 4 messages to them and still no response. Disgusting. We live in Cape May Court House, dont know which branch of this company services our area but I would avoid all Viking offices as they have no problem taking your money but never respond to requests for service. I am an existing customer and had been a customer with RID and stayed with Viking once your company took over. I have always gotten the quarterly treatments and our first appointment with Viking was our quarterly treatment in mid March. When I called customer service today to see when our appointment for this month was scheduled, I was told there was no appointment scheduled. This was surprising as our quarterly treatments are always the same time each month. I was then put on hold and told they were booked for the remainder of the month and that they were looking for the next available appointment. I was told I would receive a call back and have yet to hear back from anyone. I am very disappointed, as we have never had issues with RID or Viking in the past and now if there are no appointments available for the month that will throw off the quarterly treatments we have received over the years. I hope to hear back from someone soon, if not unfortunately you will be losing a loyal customer and I will have to look for business elsewhere. Service: Ants
