Absolutely non responsive to customers.. I prepaid 1348.00 for termite remediation and service for 2 yrs . Showed up 2 x in 2 years years. They never return multiple calls. Do yourself a favor .. when u call hit existing customerand see what kind of response you get . So unlike the person who you speak with when you hire them , Ask where there is a physical location that you can speak with someone from their company.. The only way to make them talk to you is call for estimates Would never hire this company again

They charge my credit card every month but I haven't had a service since March and they only came then because I had to call to request an appointment. So I had to call again to make my upcoming appointment making ten monthly payments this year for two services. Never had this problem when it was in Cape May Court House. Several years ago would have given them a high rating but that is no longer the case.

I received a quick call back about setting up service and all the details I needed. They were extremely friendly and punctual. After deciding to start service, I was handed off to someone to help me schedule the first appointment. No transferring or calling back. Honestly, the customer service was so great during the initial call, I didn't even bother looking at other companies I'd reach out to for a quote. Service: General pest inspection
