image I bought my car over 3 months ago. They sold it to me with it needing to be detailed. I call the same guy at least 4-5 times a week and he has yet to call me back. When he does call me back he apologizes and tells me he will give the guy who does the detailing my information. I work a job where each day is crazy and yet I return peoples calls on time. When Ive gone in to the location Ive seen him sitting playing Solitaire. Ive left voicemails for other sales managers and no one gets back to me. So unprofessional. I do not recommend this location.

image I do not recommend this dealership. We ended up buying a car here but I would never consider coming here again. They are marking up their prices above MSRP which is incredibly greedy on their part. They took a month to ship my plate/registration even though I kept calling asking for it, so I only received them after the temporary plate/registration had already expired. And now they don't return my calls because they don't want to refund me $80 for the state inspection (I live in PA). Absolutely unprofessional! If you care about these things, please bring your business elsewhere.

image The best car-buying experience I've ever had. Given the supply chain issues and the market these days, I was very fortunate to find a dealer, City Auto Park in Burlington, that had so many cars on their lot to choose from. Because my car was totaled, I needed a new car asap, and City was there for me. The salesman, Bradley Haralson, was so helpful. Needless to say, I was under pressure to get another car, but Bradley put me at ease and helped me find the right car for the right price. His knowledge of the various models and the features of each was impressive. He guided me to making the right decision for ME. With Cassie's help, the paperwork went smoothly and quickly. I must say Bradley is a reputable and sincere salesman; he truly just loves helping people. While I was there, a former customer came in to tell him how happy she was with her purchase, and another former customer called to make an appointment with him to buy another car. City Auto Park is fortunate to have such a genuinely "nice" salesman.... I know you'll think the same. Thanks Bradley!

image TONY IS PHENOMENAL. The dealership where I originally leased my 2022 Tucson from did not properly complete my oil change at my routine service appointment. As a result, my car has been steadily leaking oil for about a month!! I could not get a quick enough appointment for them to diagnose this issue, so I got my car in at Hyundai City. Tony and his team found the problem (oil filter leaking) and is quickly taking care of the issue for me after my original dealership basically said all they could do was take my car as an emergency appointment with no guarantee of when I would get it back. What could have been an extremely stressful situation (having the car towed to the original dealership, not knowing when I would get it back, arranging for transportation to and from work, etc.) is now easily resolved, all because of Tony. Thank you so much!!
