been there several times former customer,this trip was a disaster. went to see the tuscon.i have a mobility scooter,wanted to see if it would fit.the sales rep could not find anyone to set the battery in any vehicle. there were lots of people just talking no one cared if i could see the vehicle.SO NOW istay in staten island to make my purchase

Wait for 5+ hours for my recall.. they should have covered your lunch especially I was told to wait for 2 hours at the most. The waiting is so long that you will be looking at the prison over the fence and wondering whats happening inside, then realizing you are essentially doing the same as the inmates: waiting Update: After 5 hours of waiting I am told I need to comeback another time!!!!!! They didnt finish the repair for the recall for whatever reason

Do not sell your used car here total scam artist they offered me $300 for my perfectly running 2014 Tucson that I bought here new. I ended up selling it privately for 2900 even Carmax offered me 2000 and the junkyard offer was 700 they gave me that ridiculous offer of $300. I will never set foot here again. Its a shame because over the years me and my family have bought four cars here and I always used there service department. The salesman were chill and professional and the service department was always great but due to this bad experience, I will never set foot in here again. I got a postcard in the mail from their manager Ed Rubino, and Eric saying they were interested in buying my car for a sales event I called them they said they could not give me an offer over the phone. I would have to bring it in and the mechanic would have to look at it. I told him it would not be a trade-in but a cash sale. They said that was fine. I took the afternoon off of work and went there. The sales manager in the office originally said 2 to 3000 but the mechanic would have to look at it and they knew it was not a trade-in after the mechanic looked at it. They offered me 300 Dollars highway robbery a perfectly running car in good condition. Total scam. Do not fall for it. If you get a letter or postcard in the mail, do not sell your used car here total con artist will never come back.
