Maritza and Frank were tremendous help today during my buying process. They were friendly, had candid conversations. This felt more like I was buying from a relative or a friend than your normal car dealership. Maritza was patient and nice to meet my needs and was attentive to my wants. If anybody is car hunting and would like a nice experience, give City Auto Park a try.

wish I could give zero stars only reason why you'll get one is because the Durango Srt is a great car other than that your customer service is horrible I had to go to the dealership after I finalized my deal which is an hour and 45 minutes away to sign paperwork that Attelly forgot about only for me to get a call back from him next week saying there where more documents he needed me to sign I got the car on 07/21/2021 didn't get my account information to 09/06/2021 should've got that info the day off or at least the next day but wait there's more now he calls on 9/30/2021 saying i need to provide $400 extra to receive my plates and sticker my only problem with that, I was already charged $400 for registration fees on my lease I explained this to him and he says the prices to register a vehicle in ny are higher there's no way a Durango cost $800 to register in ny. I need my plates if I don't get them within 2 weeks im going up there and were going to have an issue the charge for the registration is labeled clearly on the contract the only response I want is a tracking number for my plates thank you have a great weekend.

I went to City Auto Park to buy my mom a car. We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very nice and attentive. However, what made our experience most enjoyable was Gregory Leomporra. He took the time to answer every single question and explain them more than once. Before we made the decision to buy the car he explained and performed a demonstration to my mom who was having a difficult time adjusting to all of the technological advancements added to the car. Gregory even went beyond and above to research how to set up the android autoplay function in the car after our purchase was completed. Ultimately, Gregory is the epitome of dedication to his craft. I would recommend going to see him if you are interested in buying a car new or used.
