The front desk staff was so incredibly rude to me today and gave me so much attitude. For someone who is struggling and reaching out for help (which is already hard to do) Id expect just the slightest compassion and maybe some decent customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

WARNING. STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE. If youre looking for Mental Health Services this definitely isnt the place. If youre looking to leave with more mental issues than when you walked in than this is the perfect place for you. Lets start at the bunch of useless grumpy people who hate their job who work in the front. My door knob has more personality than these twits. They promise you theyll get back to you, theyll promise you they going to appoint a psychologist for you and the radio goes silent. I have never walked into a more unprofessional practice in my life. Call them on the phone its even worse. You become infected with misery just listening to these people talk. Everything is a 10 step process with these people. They make nothing easy, and because they are so miserable they try their very best to make you miserable as well. Do yourself a favor and go to a practice that actually has employees that care. I wouldnt give these people a job sweeping the streets. If they had zero stars that would be my selection.
