The 4 stars are for Janey Hughes. If she didn't work here I'd give 1 or 0 stars if that was an option. The phone system doesn't even work I had to call the Robbinsville location to reschedule an appt that is now 5 MONTHS AWAY - how can that possibly be the next available? As much as I like Janey Hughes as my PCP I might look for a new practice that is not Capital Health.

Appts are never available. Even if you're sick. Left message for an appt and never get called back. When I called, no same day appts are available in ANY of the offices and no explanation why I didn't get a call back. Also, my well visit was canceled due to a water main break months ago. Upon trying to reschedule, I was told the next available appt wasn't for another 7 MONTHS. Stupid me accepted the new appt. Seven months later, I arrived for that appt, only to be told that the dr had a "personal emergency" and had to cancel. They said they had tried to contact me via phone and email. No record of either exists. Once again, next available appt wasnt for months!!! Only reason I give this practice even one star is because I like my Dr (Janey Hughes) but the practice itself is horrible. Shopping for new doctors in the New Year.

Whether or not it should, having to hear polarizing political conversations of physicians and staff really degrades my faith in their clinical judgement. Doctors and medical groups are a dime a dozen, definitely will be looking for another practice.
