I had the most pleasant experience purchasing a Honda CR-V from Honda of Keene. Larry Gilmet was professional, patient, kind, and fun to work with. If there were more than 5 stars, Larry would get 10!! He was on top of every detail from our first phone call right down to a hearty wave when I drove away. He is truly an asset to this company as he understands the importance of customer service, and practices it! Being a bit older than your average new car buyer, Larry walked me through every computerized 'bell and whistle' on my new CR-V and said to call him anytime if I had a question. He went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Also a big shot out to Jason, the GM, who solved a few potential problems for me, and to Dan who is a wiz at the paperwork end of the deal. If you are looking to purchase a Honda, be sure to go to Honda of Keene and ask for Larry Gilmet. You will thank me later!

After doing a lot of research into what new car I wanted (2022 Honda Accord Sport) I found the exact car I was looking for at Honda of Keene. Having not purchased a new car in over a decade, I was unsure of what the process was going to be like. I prepared for the worst, but was pleasantly surprised at how easy everything was. I got more than fair value for my trade in, their initial listing on my new car was right where it was supposed to be, and the process couldnt have gone more smoothly. Larry was very easygoing and informative, giving helpful information and recommendations about the actual car, making me feel at ease the whole time. When it was time to talk numbers and sign papers, John explained everything as simply as possible and made the whole process and quick and easy as could be. I highly recommend heading to Honda of Keene for all your new or used car needs

I had a very easy time purchasing my first care.. since it was my first car I didn't even think to check these things! I would say definitely don't go alone if you don't know what you are doing. I purchased my car in June and I am already having to replace the two front tires because the tread is gone! I didn't notice but when I left the dealership with the car there is a big grease stained hand print right above the driver side door on the inside, none of the wipers work (i test drove on a sunny day and didn't think to check!) I had to replace those as well, and my car didn't come with mats :( They had the paper ones on the ground so I didn't think to check under them. I probably won't go again because I feel since I went alone, am a woman, and didn't have expertise in car buying that they did shady thing to me. Why would tires on a car that had 8K miles on it when purchased wear out after 10K miles? Why wouldnt a car come with working wipers, mats, and no big grease stain? I don't know! I love my car but don't love what Honda of Keene did! I spoke to someone who stated they would send mats which never happened. And then asked when I said the wipers dont work he asked do they not work or are they not wiping? Well the job of the wipers are to wipe. So to me its the same thing. I cant wait to sell this car and hope never does service with them

Jeremy was pleasant and easy to work with. He patiently spent a lot of time with us answering all our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the new vehicle and did a great job explaining all its operation. We could not have asked for a better salesperson. Great job, Jeremy.
