I've ordered from Woodman's several times now (within a couple weeks) for parts for a rebuild of my Vermont Castings Vigilant II. Every time I've gotten exactly what I ordered, carefully packed, with invoice included. Prices for both parts and shipping are very reasonable (well, shipping costs are as reasonable as can be expected when shipping heavy cast iron parts) and the turnaround time has been very quick. For one of my orders, I called in and a very nice woman helped me figure out what I needed. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Based on my experiences I would not hesitate to order from them in the future. Super awesome!

Warning do not order from this company. I ordered a Blower Assemble $233.40 for a pacific energy fire place 2/22/21 it arrived few days later. Went to install it in customers fire place a couple days later, I open the shipping box it looked nice clean, new a few seconds later I notice the fan cage is rubbing against the bower housing and the motor shaft is bent, I test ran it and it sounded a loud scraping noise and had a severe vibration out of balance. I informed the customer no repairs today I got to call the supply house and have them send us a replacement. I called Woodman's 3/1/21 talked to a lady named Shadow she said no problem I will have the manufacture contact you in a couple of days, that sounded a little strange I just said Ok. On 3/3/21 I called Woodman's again for an update on the issue Long story short 2 hours , 8 phone calls disconnected put on hold, leave a message, the girls I talked seem to try every trick in the book to claim I was in the wrong. They even had me emailed them audio video of the defective blower running. After that they informed me the defective blower was not the problem that I ordered the wrong part and that was the problem, that it does not fit a Pacific Energy fireplace, therefore my fault and it was my problem, Woodman's web site a states it fit many different Pacific Energy Fireplaces? I said it does not matter if it is the wrong part or not, you sold me and item not as described and defective, it looks the same as the old one, I will just put it in my parts bin on my service truck if I cannot use it, just send me a replacement. I advised them, what am I going to have to do a charge back on my credit card? Then I was put on hold and to leave a voicemail for there manager called Rebbeca left a voice mail, later called me back said I had ordered wrong part my fault. I do not believe in the last 20 years in running my own state licensed HVAC business I have had to deal with a customer service representatives this bad. I was wasting my time and was getting nowhere. So what did I do ----- I took the Blower to my shop and completely disassembled it, straighten the bent motor shaft, balanced the fan cage, reassemble the blower, tested, then went and installed it at the customers house in her Pacific Energy fire place, It fit perfect just as OEM and runs like new. The average person probably could not do what I did with the defective blower and should not have too. Woodman's is a bunch of lying thieves. If I could give them a zero star I would.
