First Class Heating

Quoted me materials plus $150 service fee. Charged me three times the cost of materials. When I questioned why his part was $300 when I could buy it on Amazon for $97, he said he marks up the price of the material. 300% mark up is not acceptable! Completely dishonest (not what we agreed on over the phone) and rude at the same time while dealing with them.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with First Class Heating... I have 2 very ill small children with the flu currently and my furnace decides to stop working and I had run out of fuel (not realizing I had ran out of fuel until 2 kind men showed up to service my furnace) obviously couldn’t work on my furnace with no fuel but were very kind and understanding and left without charging me a dime for wasted time and travel. The part that really warmed my heart is that the owner later called me to check to make sure I had someone coming to deliver and to make sure I was okay.. he even went as far as to instructing to me to ask the man delivering my fuel to bleed my line and start my furnace for me that his fee would be a lot less than his. I will certainly be using First Class in my future heating/cooling services!! I can’t thank them enough for their help and most importantly understanding today during such a difficult day for my family!! Services: HVAC repair, Heating maintenance, Duct and vent cleaning, AC repair, HVAC maintenance, Ductless heating and AC services
