Ted Karmeris Dependable Heating

I had a very old sooty furnace to replace. Ted came when he said and is a very knowledgeable person. He discounted the price by ~$500 because there were parts that went through the ceiling that he didnt have to replace. Unfortunately, because of all the soot he had to deal with, and he and his assistant needing to go in and out of my house frequently, they left my newly painted deck and stairs filthy caused by having to go outside and back in numerous times. All due to the soot in the old furnace. Unfortunately, I now have to re-paint the whole thing which was a chore doing it once this season. But its worth it to have a new furnace installed correctly by an honest man.

Cant speak to the quality of work as Ive never had this business perform any kind of service. What I do know is that one of their workers chooses to openly not wear a mask in public. That I have witnessed. So if youre a home owner or business owner who is choosing to play it safe during the Covid pandemic, this is a heads ups.
