        Beware, this company charges $109.00 for coming out to give you an estimate. Steve, the owner, came to my property and quoted me a price to replace my heating/cooling unit. He only quoted for AC, I called the office and explained it is also the heat source, he came back out to the property to quote the correct unit and charged me $109.00. Incredible! The initial quote was his mistake. I don't recommend this company.

        Used Admiral for the first time a few weeks back for a heating valve leak. Within 4 days of my call Ted (?) was at my place. These days that is an A+! It was an easy fix and the cost was minimal. I so appreciate their honesty, timliness, & professionalism. Highly recommend over the other "usual one" in the Dover area. Sherry, in the office, was also very nice & patient with my phone calls. Thanx Admiral!

      This Customer's statement is untrue and misleading. We have never and will never charge for an estimate. Our estimates are free and no obligation. Another company shut down the heating/A-C system. We gave a quote to replace the outdoor condenser and indoor air handler. It was only after receiving the quote that the Property Owner informed me that this was the only source of heat. I returned to the property to do a second review to establish whether the existing unit had an electric resistance backup heater and to see if we could get the Tenant temporary heat until the new install was completed. While on-site I was able to get the Tenant temporary heat. Once this Tenant had heat, the Property Owner never proceeded with their signed proposal, deposit and stopped returning calls to schedule the installation. At that point, we treated it as a no heat service call and billed her accordingly. She has since threatened to take us to court for billing her and turning this balance over to collections. Lastly, after visiting her other rentals in the area for similar quotes, I feel this is not the first time she has done this to a service provider. She has been put on a Do Not Service list for non-payment. Steve Smith, Owner
