Store is fine, but return policy has gone down the drain. I get people take advantage, but when you're trying to exchange unused items, you shouldn't be treated like you're a scamming the company. I bought the items full price, that means for over $35 in products I received a gift card for $11. Their price increase means I couldn't replace one of the sprays with that return. Don't treat people like a thief and change your return policy.

Annette was a great help for finding the right gift set for Christmas. I called several times for information and hours and stock of certain items. She had great suggestions as well and even waited on me in the store. Can't say enough aboutthe friendly helpful service. Will definitely be back soon for more.
