    This company is horrible. Propane delivery guy wouldnt deliver our propane because our dogs were outside. There was no one home, and they were in their crates like theyre supposed to be (we have security cameras, so we KNOW they were NOT outside). Called the company and said they would send him back when he was all done with the rest of his delivery list. He never showed up. Called today to check on the delivery status of our propane and they said THERE WAS NO ACCOUNT ASSOCIATED WITH MY PHONE NUMBER. There was no mistake. I called the previous day and put that same phone number in. I actually typed it in a couple of times to make sure I was hearing it correctly. Absolutely horrible. And theyre trying to charge us a $200 tank rental fee. The propane tank is NOT theirs and was from Energy North (whom are no longer in business) and are THREATENING to come take our propane tank if we dont pay it! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! If I could give this company 0 stars, I WOULD.

    AmeriGas apparently doubled the annual delivery requirement AGAIN and no longer waives the $99/year "tank rental" fee on 19-year old rusted tanks they never inspect. You can imagine how my customer service call went: "We can update our terms at any time without your consent and increase annual minimums. We no longer waive any tank rentals for any reason. If you'd prefer to switch companies, just let us know. But I'm sorry about the changes. I don't like them either." I kid you not. Whatever you do - stay away from this company. They charge higher prices, provide less service, and never deliver on--time. How the CEO and execs keeps their jobs I have no idea. I'm thankful I'm not a shareholder in this disaster stock down over 30% despite the higher price!. Should tell you something!

    I never receive calls back, they dont show up to deliveries and make excuses. I have cameras on my house. How can my ground be too wet when its paved? Or have snow on the driveway when its plowed and videos all on the same day show Amazon, FedEx and USPS deliveries (one on the exact date it was too snowy to deliver yet I have a video of another driver the same day sprinting down my driveway to bring the box to my front door ). The last fill they filled 40+ more gallons (approximately $140) than requested days later than intended delivery date and will not discuss with me stating I would need to pay a fee to remove the extra propane I didnt request. Management is a JOKE and customer service is nowhere near NH with no contact to local districts apparently

    This company has so many bad reviews and still in business. Its so crazy. Worst company ever. Was suppose to get a deliver on Monday and its Thursday and they keep giving me the talk. Everyone one in there dont know a single thing about costumer service. And it supposed to be a small town own company. I wish they go under. I will no longer by from this idiots in summer. I will call any other gas company besides them.

    I have read other complaints and agree. The worst. I should have switched last year for the awful service. I ordered yesterday. I am at 20%. If I pay 200 dollars I can get an expedited delivery in 3 days. I have fuel assistance. Where am I coming up with 200 bucks? Also says my propane will be delivered by 12/23 to 12/29. Always a day late. I have seen trucks deliver to my neighbor and go without delivering my propane. So I will go with my electric heater for now. Merry Christmas. Oh wait I won't be cooking much this year. I don't want to run out of propane. Hopefully my delivery will be here for the New Year.
