      image The uhaul company gave us a broken hitch to attach our car to. They did not connect it correctly and told us to keep our car in neutral for the whole drive which resulted in us having to buy a new battery. The uhaul place at our destination was surprised at how poorly our car was attached and told us we were lucky we hadnt killed anyone or ourselves.
      Its scary to think I paid $1500 to drive 18 hours and was risking my life the whole time. I will not ever be using uhaul again and I need to know the process for filing a complaint and inquiring about getting my money back

      image DO NOT COME HERE! They are clearly incompetent. From the moment you walk in there is nobody to greet you. Even after waiting 10 Minutes we had to walk around in search of help. Next on the phone they confirmed an order or a part and installation. They had neither the part nor the technician for installation when we arrived. They told remedy it they opted to reduce the bill then went back on their word. Worst possible service possible. Read the other reviews because there is a clear pattern. You are better off going elsewhere
