We signed to have Denise Morrison from Roche Realty sell my father-in-laws house. She went above and beyond in selling this home. We put the home on the market when it slowed to a steady crawl. She made sure that she advertised every where to get the house in the faces of thousands of people. She showed the house a lot. We got offers and when we finally accepted an offer she went above and beyond accommodating the buyers with all of their requests to do inspections and have contractors come in for estimates. She is a true advocate for her sellers. Denise is a pleasure to work with, extremely professional and someone that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home. It was truly an pleasure and relief to have such a wonderful realtor. We continue to use Denise to help us purchase an property for ourselves.
