Our family has had the privilege of working with Denise Morrison at Roche Realty as both buyers and sellers. As long as she's in the business, we won't ever use anyone else again. The passion she has for her job and feeling of responsibility to her clients is apparent all of the time. Her real estate expertise makes the whole process smooth and stress-free, while her knowledge of all aspects of house construction (and potential issues that may arise) amazes me. Looking for a house is always stressful, but working with Denise of Roche Realty made it the best experience it could be for us. From the get go, she was attentive, responsive, listened to our wants, and found us a house that fit all of our requirements in a time that has been very difficult to buy in. If you’re fortunate and wise enough to have the Roche Realty Group on your team, you’re starting from the winner’s circle. Any group of knowledgeable professionals is a rarity; they are exceptional. Just as uncommon are people more interested in facilitating your needs than doing the minimum. Among them is Denise Morrison, my extraordinarily hard-working agent and now good friend. Roche Group produced an attractive brochure, video walk-through and excellent drone photos made available to many public sites. During a complex condo sale, they went well above and beyond coping with recalcitrant management, no-show appraisers, a community water/sewer provider, the USDA, tax officials, insurers, title companies, lenders, and a vacationing buyer’s agent. Without their expertise and Denise’s diligent efforts, this sale simply would not have happened. I particularly appreciated their guidance and updating at each step. It was truly a unique experience to work with this gracious, patient and talented Group.
