I had started working with the store on Loudon road next to Vision Works, but went to this store because it was more convenient. Bill was really nice and helped me. I was disappointed when I got a different price for delivery. $20 difference! But other than that everything went good. This was my first NEW bed!! All the different people I spoke with between the two stores were VERY knowledgeable. I also love the color coding of the types of mattresses! Thanks guys!

Sales staff was nice, not pushy and didn't treat us like we were rich or poor. A lot of times, sales on large purchases try to put your spending amount in a category based on age. He let us look at all within our needs, no matter the price.

This was a very pleasant experience for me. It was friendly and most importantly he did not try to push me into something I could not afford.
