      image Ive purchased numerous pieces of furniture from this store. My last was a desk which was damaged when delivered. I took photos, went to the store, emailed and called with no resolution. I paid full price. No offer to discount. No offer to replace. No offer to fix. Eventually they just ignored my inquiries.

It’s no excuse, but we have been exceptionally short staffed for months and, because of that, customer service issues have suffered a little in order to prioritize customer deliveries for those who have been waiting on furniture.
