3W design, and Amy Malone in particular, provided excellent service during a bathroom remodel this spring. It is hard at the moment to find a contractor with any availability in the Sunapee area, let alone one who goes the extra mile and delivers a stunning result. I first met Amy in the dead of winter hoping we could remodel two bathrooms by fall. She expertly guided me through the process, presenting product options both in their showroom and via links. 3W design has tried and trusted business relationships with the numerous trades needed for a bathroom remodel, and better still, they offer project management of the entire process. Amazingly, Amy put together a schedule to complete the project by the July 4th holiday weekend. We couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and functionality of our newly remodeled spaces. For years I was trying to envision what I wanted to do to create a bathroom of my dreams. I struggled because I didnt want to change the footprint but also wanted something that would be more functional and beautiful. This is where 3W Design and specifically Amy Malone come into play. I reached out to have them help me get started. They made the process so easy, helped me envision how it could come together with illustrations and stunning materials. Amy was incredibly collaborative, listening and incorporating to all my questions and ideas as we worked through the design phase. When we were ready to pull the trigger Amy stepped in to oversee the project and all the little details that needed to be managed. She provided a schedule and was very communicative through the project being on site and readily accessible every step of the way. When things didnt go as planned (that happens with every project), she would quickly step in and help provide solutions that worked to deliver on the end goal. The contractors that they used were very professional, clean, and friendly. The result was beyond my expectations. My bathroom and bedroom suite feel like I have escaped into a luxury hotel that is soothing and comfortable while also being stunning. We are so thrilled with both the design, oversite and installation that was provided by 3W Design. We would HIGHLY recommend them, and we will also use them on future projects in our home.
