I contracted Capital Kitchen and Bath to remodel my bathroom and the results are incredible! From my initial request for a quote to the end of the job, communication was frequent and helpful! The quality of the design was amazing (ask for Sarah)! The installation team was clean and efficient. Also ask for Derek the tile guy! My heated floors and detailed shower tile work make me smile every day! The entire team is A+++! Call them today!

We had an outstanding experience with CKB....they finished our basement, built a home office and also converted our laundry room to a beautiful custom mudroom. Worked with a designer through email who said they'd be out to take a look at the site. Had a last minute cancellation the first time; the second time, only the owner showed up, "for measurements and photos". It's a complicated project which would require multiple steps to complete, so why would you just send someone to measure and take photos that someone who's never visited/seen the site has to design from? At the beginning we also said, whatever you do, PLEASE do not show up early (and why). When the owner showed up early without the designer we called and asked if/why the designer wasn't coming. They said they had other appointments elsewhere... after telling them we felt like CKB did not want our business and thus we were no longer interested in using CKB, the owner came to the door, at which point we very politely explained (again) so he left, clearly upset. Next, we hear from the designer that "we're not a good fit" - well you can't fire us when we already fired you! LOL. Not a popular opinion I'm sure, but it happened and it's important others know it might happen with them as well. If you get past the initial appointments CKB may be a perfectly delightful company to work with but we'll never know. There are enough companies who want our business that we're not going to work with one that clearly doesn't. YMMV.

We had Capital do a complete new modern kitchen for us. What a first class job looks like sometime out of a magazine! Dave & Dan Hughes are great guys and made everything so much better. Every step of the way they where there to answer questions and give advice. Worth every penny! Service: Remodeling
