        What we've got here is failure to communicate. Specifically... His website does not say one thing about this being a "By appointment only" business. Silly 'ol me drove out to get my laptop repaired (like one does) only to find this informational gem in the form of a note on the door. I tried calling, 'cause who knows, maybe he'll understand his website's shortcoming and let me in. There was of course no answer. I guess that I'll be looking elsewhere.
