Went two weeks ago for a new battery and to replace my charger port. They told me $70 dollars for both. Battery was replaced in under 20 minutes. Then they did some surgical cleaning of my phone and determined my charger port was just really dirty and needed a cleaning. No new charger port and left spending only $40 bucks for the batter. Phone plugs in no problem and battery is lasting longer than ever.

This past summer I took my iPhone 5S to Staples to have the battery replaced. They installed the battery incorrectly and damaged it, and they also damaged the screen and the home button. Since then the phone would work for one minute at a time and the battery indicator didn't work right. All I could get from them was a refund for the job. I took it to Apple hoping that they would fix it, but since a third-party had worked on the phone they wouldn't touch it. First I went to a different place in Concord, but the people working there just had this sense of entitlement and weren't the least bit welcoming. Their prices also seemed a bit high for an older phone. So I took my phone to this place. I just walked in off the street, was greeted pleasantly, and right in front of me the technician worked on my phone right away. He showed me the damage Staples had done to it, cleaned out the inside of the phone, replaced the defective battery and the home button, and reset the phone to factory settings. It took just 1/2 hour and $50 bucks and I walked out with my phone working like brand new.

It all started in February when they told me they could fix my phone with a broken screen. I gave them $60 deposit and never heard a call back about Parts showing up. I had to visit the store twice before the parts were actually there. So I dropped the phone off in March for them to make the repairs and within an hour they called me that the phone was more broken now and wouldn't even turn on after they tried to make the repairs. The man stated he could send the phone out for repairs. I agreed and two weeks later had not heard anything. My wife stopped in and was told the phone was unrepairable. When she asked for a refund they said I would have to email someone. I stopped in after that and the man behind the counter gave me my old phone back in pieces and said he would refund me the $60. It's been 3 weeks and I've received no refund. I stopped in today and he told me I would have to dispute it with my bank.

Rob has fixed several of my iPhones. He’s always been fast, honest and reliable. Would definitely recommend.
