Nick recovered my files. I am thankful for the service they provided. He did say that the computer was fixed (through repairing the Windows 10 files), but unfortunately, I'm getting the blue screen again. However, I did not pay for repair, so it's not a fault with the business.

My laptop's screen stopped working, and I called CRT and told them I needed the repair done on short notice, as I needed to move back into school. Kevin worked hard to quickly diagnose the issue and get my laptop back in working condition. He kept great communication with me throughout the process, and was very transparent about the cost/situation with the parts that needed to be purchased. I will be returning to CRT with my future computer repair needs. I feel that getting my device repaired quickly, properly, and thoroughly was a priority to them, and has earned my future business.

Friendly but, my problem was not resolved which is frustrating. $70 down the drain.

Best customer service I have ever had. All questions answered and computer problems resolved. Will never go anywhere else. Not only did they solve my problem but they also set me up to prevent it from ever happening again. Truly a caring repair shop. Thanks again.

I was very happy with both the pricing and the quality of service. They were very transparent about each step in the process and always checked with me before doing something that would be an additional cost. They were even quite patient with me when. I called them probably a little more often than I should have. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in need of computer diagnostics and repair, you won't be disapointed!
