Was Passing through when my truck got a check engine light. Stopped in with no appointment and Jeff helped diagnose the problem, and despite being swamped, he took the time to update my trucks software, and also run a lengthy test on a recall. After an hour, I'm back on the road with no check engine light and a peace of mind. Extremely helpful and friendly through Jeff and Staff.

Was passing through Winnemucca towing an RV, just getting ready to hit the road again, when my truck began spewing diesel. Service guys saw me right away and quickly/correctly diagnosed the problem and made repairs! Thanks again!

After going to various locations and not being pleased with what I was looking for, I went to Rackley. I am more than satisfied with Pete & Kailee they took into consideration my preferences and not wanting a used vehicle. With that being said, thanks to Pete and Kailee I walked out with a brand new Dodge Ram! If you ever need a vehicle I highly recommend Kailee and her manager Pete at Rackley!
