        This is the absolute worst service center I have ever dealt with. They keep your car days on end when promised the car back. It is EXTREMELY hard to get any communication with ANYONE from this dealership.

        Best experience I have ever had, Very nice people and very self supportive company that is willing to work with ya, I definitely recommend this place for most people that is looking for a car, This is a place to go to for sure, I also wanna say that this dealership is an incredible company that Ive experienced with tons of nice business workers that treat you like there your own so thank you Dolan Dodge for everything you have done for the community!., Bless all your guys heart and soul! :D.

        Went in there looking to buy a truck. Could not have felt more out of place and unwanted. Sales team didn't seem to even care that I was ready to purchase a used truck. One of the salesmen on the floor was more interested in walking around with the big red bow wrapped around his back, showing off to his buddies, than caring about the few customers that were shopping. I ended up buying a $70,000 truck from an out of town dealership online instead. The polite, treat you like a human, car shopping experience isn't what it used to be with the gen z's and gen alpha's these days.
