My experience was very similar to Cheryl C.'s who posted the first review for this location.I needed to have lab work done for an upcoming doctor appointment. I am too spoiled now to ever walk-in to a lab without an appointment! This location was the only one with available times. I didn't mind a little road trip (takes me 37 minutes to drive from my house in Spanish Springs) so I made the appointment. A staff member met me at the door and asked the usual COVID-19 screening questions. I was then promptly checked in and waited just a few minutes before my blood was drawn and I was on my way. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The location is very clean and neat. I have been here twice now and find myself looking forward to my lab appointment road trip! Today was much the same as my first visit. Lori checked me in and drew my blood and was such a delight! She made me feel as if we had known each other for years. The lab is right next door to Burger King so I usually grab a bite here before I hit the road back to Reno. There is also a gas station and convenience store next door as well which is convenient. I almost hate to let everyone know about this hidden gem of a lab, but they really are worth the drive from Sparks.

Honestly awful experience. The whole reason I made the drive out here was to be seen quickly. Whoever was working the front desk refused to acknowledge any information I gave her about my insurance. She basically treated me as if I knew nothing. Had her speak directly to my insurance on the phone and had them say the exact same thing to her for me. On top of that. My appointment was for excruciating back pain at 0900. I arrived at 0840. I sat in my car going back and forth with her until 1000. Finally sat down in a room and was told there were two people that still hadn't been seen ahead of me. I ended up just walking out and leaving WITHOUT BEING SEEN. I was in a ton of pain and not one person tried to legitimately help me. Zero sense of urgency. Do not go here if your looking for anything remotely urgent.

Took a road trip today! Needed some bloodwork done and the only appointment available today was Renown USA parkway lab. I thought, well it's in Sparks so I made the appointment never having been to USA parkway.Once I googled it this morning I saw it was 30 minutes from my house, not bad since I didn't have much to do.Well let me tell you it seemed farther then I thought but well worth the excursion!It's mostly industrial there then all of a sudden there's a little strip of storefronts with the Renown lab front and center. There's even a Burger King down from the building!I waited a minute outside then was questioned briefly on my current health and was allowed in.There was no one else waiting so I was sent over to Amanda who was friendly and greeted me. (Pretty sure she was smiling but had a mask on.)After she checked me in and we briefly chatted she took me back to get my bloodwork done and she was the one who did it. I barely felt the needle it went in like butter! I filled out a brief questionnaire afterwards and marked it as excellent and her service also!Definitely try this "hidden hotspot" if you're in need of labs! They also are an urgent care and today there was no wait time! ‍

My experience at this clinic was amazing. I went in with really bad breathing and high blood pressure due mainly to an infection I've had in my whole body for over 10 yrs. Instead of just signing off my physical for another 2 yrs Dr Jean is helping me to live. I seriously think I was due to have a stroke soon.
She prescribed me some medicine to kill this infection (which she really didn't have to) and since I've been taking them I'm now starting to breathe right again. It feels so great. For years and years I sleep for around 2 yrs waking with this awful milky snot draining our my nose onto my pillow. But since taking the pills I'm sleeping through the whole night waking refreshed. Thank you so much for being the best urgent care in the U.S..
And the whole staff is so friendly and welcoming here they make you feel like part of the family I'm reccomending this place to everyone I know. Thank you so much!!!
