They tell you to go to the ER, then sign a waiver saying that you didnt go to the ER for something that could have been done at the urgent care.

If I could provide a negative star review I would. This facility is inequipped to handle "urgent care" needs. They will refer you to the emergency room and then charge you for the urgent care visit anyway. They will not return any calls to inquire further either. Be aware and reconsider this urgent care unless you want to pay for absolutely nothing. I've never had trouble with getting treatment from any other Urgent Care and the treatment recieved at the ER visit was fully capable of being done at an Urgent Care. You are better off finding an Urgent Care that has the knowledge and experience to treat you so at least your hard earned money is spent with purpose.

I recently went to this location for respiratory issues. Shawna who seen me was absolutely amazing and a true Gem to be with Saint Marys. Sasha who checked me in was a true pleasure. Great personality and overall wonderful person. Brian who got me ready was wonderful and had a great personality. Saint Marys should be proud to have such a talented team.

The facility was clean and the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I left the facility, however, unseen and feeling sad and angry. Before Dr. even spoke to me, she informed me that because of my age and long time conditions she was likely to tell me to go to ER. It wasn't what she told me rather the condescending manner she had when repeating the same answer to the queries I made seeking clarification. I chose to leave, feeling unimportant and disposable.
