I highly recommend my ServPro team led by Production Manager Oscar Ruiz. We had major water damage at our house in Serene Lakes. They were incredibly responsive, transparent, and professional throughout the process. Oscar in particular was absolutely great to work with ... always accessible to answer follow up questions and keep me posted on the status of their work. They finished on-time and did a fantastic job coordinating with both my insurance company and contractor. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience under challenging conditions.

I worked with a man named Bill Lopez on a job at my home. He and his crew were wonderful. They took care of business and kept me informed as to the necessary steps that needed to be done to complete the project. I know sometimes we give bad reviews to companies because of bad incidents we've had but from now on I will contact the business to tell them the issue first and THEN write my review based on the result. I didn't have to do that with this company. Also, I now realize how important it is to relay the good news as well as the bad!

The office staff was very helpful when I called with question's about some water damage to my home. Always got back to me in a timely manner.

Serv Pro helped me with the cigarette smell inside the home I just purchased. Everything was a breeze, Oscar, and the crew were very kind, and walked me through the entire process, then carried it out seamlessly .
