I have nothing nice to say about Truppi. He uses the cheapest materials for his remoldes. I had a problem with the flooring he put in my kitchen. The boards were peeling up on the sides. Truppi felt the manufacturer had a defective product. The flooring manufacturer blamed Truppi's installers. After numerous phone calls and promises to replace the flooring, it was never completed. He began giving me excuses after he promised he would replace the flooring. His excuses were, we are really busy or I have no employees right now.
The windows he put in were not installed correctly. During our very wet winter this year my windows and seals began raining inside the house. Needless to say it destroyed three walls.
The quality of craftmanship is less than high school apprentices. The employees were upset about who was foreman. One felt he should have been foreman since he had the most time in.
