I have never been late on a payment for anything until Freedom road changes systems and auto pay keeps failing after setting it up with rep. on the phone 5 months in a row. Now they say I am late and will not give me new loan even though I have a 730 score. Thier problem is causing me to not get new credit and hurting my credit score. they said that I have great credit but I have poor credit history with them. On the contrary they have poor credit history with me.

paid off the full undisclosed amount cash to pay off my motorcycle so I could sell it, and even called on the phone to make sure it was paid off, them come to find out two months later after I was told the title was going to the DMV that I had a new 14-dollar balance I hadn't paid so they wouldn't release my title so they could keep getting interest from me. shady company do not recommend..

Good while I had them but after I paid pff they never released my title and I need it so I can get rid of it. Had the bike 7 years now, paid it off 4 years ago. Called them and got letters 3 times but still no title.
Update: They sent me a signed title but I have to do the work to turn it in. Instead I sold and signed the title over.

Terrible finance company! Love charging their little hidden fees. Won't let you pay off loan with a company credit card and they will charge you $9 to pay over phone. The receptionist is really friendly which is always nice!
