        The only reason I continue to walk in this branch is because it is the only one near my house. The customer service doesn't exist. I walked in and waited in line almost 10 minutes once because the teller was showing her customer how to use her cell phone. The tellers don't know their product. If you ask about cds, money market accounts, account interests, special programs, policies, etc. they have to look everything up. They wanted to put a cashiers check of mine on hold for 7 days until I threatened to close my account. A cashiers check is as good as cash but not to them. Horrible branch!

        Awful, awful overdraft fees. Continue to pile on worse than the big banks. I will be leaving GNCU, just like BofA, Wells Fargo!

        Honestly my main issue is with the fact yall change your hours without notice. I get that its a holiday weekend, but if youre gonna close earlier (especially on a Saturday WHEN YOU ALREADY CLOSE EARLY) the least yall could do is put out a notice on the app. You USED to put out a notice on the app when the branch closes early. Same with when all the branches decided on opening at 10 AM instead of 9. The level of frustration after thinking youll be an hour early to closing time and showing up and having the branch being closed is incredible. Please just notify us in the app. You could even try updating that information the automatic teller since you already did that for Mondays closure. Again, its the least you could do. People depend on the bank, Im sure you realize this. Maddening is the word that comes to mind.

        Absolutely horrible bank. They do not have good policies that support customer's money. Actually quite the opposite. I opened an account and got a call asking me to make a deposit, because I was overdrawn. What!? I haven't touched that account!? Their phone number is hidden and appointments suggested. I don't want to be stall when my money is vanishing. Or hear "sorry". I was robbed $300. For fees. That I never signed up for. They called me, so I could put more money in my acct for them to take. Not a call so I could avoid losing any money. Nope. Not good
