My wife and I went in with multiple questions as we are in the process of remodeling our kitchen. The representative Gabriel was amazing, very friendly, informative, honest and took the time to answer a number of questions and print information. All while being short handed and recognizing multiple individuals as they walked in with a smile. We will be buying our appliances here based on his great service. Gotta love awesome local small business service and expertise!!!!

Purchased a washer here for my business and it needed repair. I called Czyz’s because the washer was on warrantee and had to wait a week for a repairmen, no worries. It’s difficult to be short a washer for a week, by I understand. The repairman showed, saw a “mask needed” sign posted on our business door because of a state mask mandate, and REFUSED to help us, saying his bosses would stand behind him. We could wait another 1-2 weeks and MAYBE they could find someone who didn’t mind wearing a mask to fix our washing machine. I guess that’s the kind of service you get from a business that’s tag line is “we’ll make your kitchen GREAT AGAIN!

Bought an appliance here and ended up waiting over 4 months waiting for them to get back in stock the item they sold me that was supposedly on its way. The appliances were in demand and others were willing to pay more so I got pushed down the list. Never got it! Just ordered from another place, delivery within a week. Also bad customer service, they take forever to get back to you if they ever do...
