ZLINE Kitchen and Bath

My wife and I are very pleased with ZLine products. We have a Double Wall Oven, a 36 Cooktop, and a Under Cabinet Range Hood. We love the look, feel and function of all three appliances. ZLine support has been excellent to work with. We will buy ZLine again.

Pls read the entire review be4 making your decision. DO NOT BUY ZLINE APPLIANCES. They are EXPENSIVE but cheaply made. I got my kitchen remodeled about 6 months ago with all beautiful zline autograph edition appliances. My kitchen looks beautiful but these appliances dont last. Spending this much money thinking I was getting quality appliances was a huge mistake. The range hood is very loud and doesnt do the job. I still get all the smell of food upstairs. My dishwasher has been down about a month now. HORRIBLE customer service. They respond to your emails once a week. No one there to answer the phones. My wall oven was also broken and they were going to send me a new oven but wanted me to pay for installation. Stupid!! My contractor who got me into buying all these zline products had to intervene before they were able to send a technician to install it for me. I dont even know when my dishwasher will be fix. What warranty if u dont respond to your customers? Im so so frustrated and regret why I spend so much money on Zline and getting this back. Please Be aware! Look some other brands NOT ZLINE. Dont end up like me. Is not been a year and 3 Zline brand new appliances broken. What a lose

Very hard to get to talk to a human. After 2 days and several messages left, a rep finally called, and I was able to order the parts needed to fix our range hood. Got the parts yesterday-6days after ordering. They are exactly as ordered.

Just had a business interaction with Ms. Clark (ZLINE Vendor Service) and despite our issue not being directly related to her normal work functions, she was kind enough to help me get it resolved. Both her professionalism and ability to resolve the issue in a timely manner was greatly appreciated. The ZLINE organization is extremely fortunate to have her as a member of their professional team. ** Note: This review is solely for Ms Clark and is not at all related to the ZLINE product line itself. **
